If the customer has a garage door, simply have them get their opener, on the bottom screen of the infotainment system hit the button that is a house with an arrow, follow the prompts on the screen and hold the opener near the rear view mirror.

Remote Functions
Engine Start/Stop:
In the myAudi app, go to the "Engine Start/Stop" section, and follow the prompts to start or stop the engine remotely.
Vehicle Locator:
Access the "Vehicle Locator" feature in the app to view the current location of your Audi on a map.
Climate Control:
Adjust the climate control settings in your Audi remotely, allowing you to heat or cool the interior before getting into the vehicle.
Navigate to the "Climate Control" section in the myAudi app and adjust the temperature, fan speed, and airflow direction as desired.
Remote Horn and Lights
Function: Activate the horn or flash the lights of your Audi remotely to help locate the vehicle in a crowded parking lot.
How to Use: Use the "Horn/Lights" feature in the myAudi app to sound the horn or flash the lights of your Audi.
Vehicle Status Check
Function: View real-time information about your Audi's status, including fuel level, mileage, tire pressure, and maintenance alerts.
How to Use: Access the "Vehicle Status" section in the myAudi app to check various vehicle parameters and receive notifications for maintenance alerts.
Audi Connect Services
Function: Access a range of connected services through Audi Connect, such as navigation, roadside assistance, and remote diagnostics.
How to Use: Explore the Audi Connect menu in the myAudi app to access available services and features.
Audi Remote Garage Pilot (if equipped)
Function: Park your Audi remotely in a garage using your smartphone, without needing to be inside the vehicle.
How to Use: Activate the Remote Garage Pilot feature in the myAudi app and follow the on-screen instructions to park the vehicle remotely.
Audi Virtual Cockpit Customization
Function: Customize the display settings and layout of the Audi Virtual Cockpit instrument cluster remotely.
How to Use: Access the "Virtual Cockpit" section in the myAudi app to personalize the display settings and layout according to your preferences.

Phone Call & Navigation
After connecting the car to Bluetooth, use the button on the steering wheel to make a phone call as well as stating that you want directions somewhere. For more information watch this video.

Navigation ☑️
Plan route using voice recognition
Activate Voice Recognition: Press the voice recognition button on your Audi's steering wheel or infotainment system controls. Alternatively, you can use the wake-up phrase (e.g., "Hey Audi" or "OK Audi") if your vehicle supports it.
Initiate Navigation: Say a command to initiate the navigation system. For example, you can say "Navigate to [destination]" or "Find [destination]".
Specify Destination: Speak the specific destination you want to navigate to. You can mention an address, point of interest (POI), or a saved location in your navigation system.
Confirm Destination: The system will recognize your voice command and display the suggested destination on the infotainment screen. Confirm the destination if it's correct.
Select Route Preferences (if prompted): If the system provides multiple route options, you may be prompted to choose one based on preferences such as fastest route, shortest route, or avoiding toll roads. Respond accordingly.
EV Specific Features
Locate the Charging Ports and Explain AC/DC Operation:
Identify the charging port(s) on the vehicle.
Explain to the customer how alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) charging work for the vehicle.
Explain the E-Sound Feature for Pedestrian Awareness:
Inform the customer that the car emits a sound when reversing to alert pedestrians of its movement.
Demonstrate Energy Recuperation Using Paddle Shifters:
Show how to use the paddle shifters to engage energy recuperation.
Mention that the brake pedal also automatically activates recuperation.
Daily Mechanical Brake Cleaning Activation:
Explain that the mechanical brakes are cleaned daily during the first deceleration from speeds over 45 mph.
Discuss how this cleaning process affects the brake feel.
Instruct on Auto/Manual Regenerative Braking Settings in MMI®:

Audi Pre Sense
Function: Pre Sense is a suite of safety technologies that can help detect and mitigate potential collisions with other vehicles, pedestrians, or obstacles.
Features: Pre Sense City, Pre Sense Basic, Pre Sense Rear, Pre Sense Front, and Pre Sense 360.
Audi Side Assist
Function: Monitors the vehicle's blind spots and alerts the driver if there is a vehicle in the adjacent lane.
Features: Visual alerts in the side mirrors and optional active intervention to prevent lane changes into occupied lanes.
Audi Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
Function: Automatically adjusts the vehicle's speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle ahead.
Features: Can bring the vehicle to a complete stop and resume driving in stop-and-go traffic.
Audi Lane Assist
Function: Helps the driver stay within their lane by providing steering assistance or warnings if the vehicle drifts out of its lane without signaling.
